Our first European outing with the large digital rig. 50 cameras. A very difficult scenario - we had to freeze an exploding lettuce! There was to be high-speed live-action at either end of the shot so flash was out of the question, so it was a case of lighting the lettuce until we could achieve 1/4000 second shutter speed. This shot could only have been achieved with the digital cameras. The results were downloaded, selected, and the finished, stabilized sequence was cut into the spot the following day. How's that for turnaround!
